We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the BOQs, financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for project planning.
Monitor actual costs and expenditures against project budgets and analyze variances.
Measure and value construction work completed on-site for interim payments.
Manage and evaluate variations, change orders, and their financial implications.
Assist in tender preparation, evaluation of contractor bids, and procurement processes.
Prepare and review contractual documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements on all projects.
Conduct site visits to measure and verify the progress of work and resolve discrepancies.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Handle claims and disputes related to project costs and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, progress reports, and project documentation.
Provide regular cost and progress updates to project stakeholders and management.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
 

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree /DAE in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 9–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in construction projects(Infrastructure and Buildings).
Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Civil 3D etc).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders
