Your research will provide key insights into property trends, investment opportunities, and competitor strategies to drive data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct in-depth market research on the real estate sector, with a strong focus on Dubai and Pakistan.
🔹 Analyze property trends, pricing fluctuations, and buyer behaviors to guide investment decisions.
🔹 Research and compile reports on competitor activities, project developments, and economic indicators affecting real estate.
🔹 Utilize data analysis tools, surveys, and reports to identify emerging market opportunities.
🔹 Provide insights into consumer preferences, investor interests, and potential growth areas.
🔹 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop research-driven strategies.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with government regulations, policies, and legal aspects impacting the real estate market.

Job Experience & Qualifications:

✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
✅ Experience: 1-2 years in market research, data analysis, or real estate research (experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus).
✅ Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Strong analytical and statistical skills for interpreting market data.

Experience with CRM systems, research databases, and property listing platforms.

Knowledge of real estate regulations, property valuation, and investment analysis.

Soft Skills:

✔️ Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
