Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin professional to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations of the office and construction projects. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, coordinate with teams, and provide essential support to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement as needed.
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Assist project teams with documentation, communication, and record-keeping.
Coordinate between the head office and remote project sites to ensure smooth workflows.
Maintain and update records of project timelines, employee attendance, and reports.
Support HR with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
Arrange employee travel and accommodations as required.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of contracts, agreements, and compliance paperwork.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office and site-related requirements.
Organize meetings, conferences, and company events, including preparation of meeting minutes.
Address and resolve administrative issues proactively to ensure operational efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for any administrative queries or emergencies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5-9 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction or a related industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
